What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technicians and sales associates
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more — hands-on tech every day
• Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and celebrate wins
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
• Keep operations running smoothly — manage inventory, workflow, and team scheduling

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in phone/computer repair (hardware and software)
• 1 year of leadership experience — retail leadership is a big plus
• Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A love for tech and a passion for helping people
