What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Services Manager position at UNITED SERVICES INC?
United Services is seeking a Master’s level Housing Services Manager for the Community Support Division of a large community mental health center working with adults with serious mental health issues who may also have substance use disorders and/or co-morbid medical conditions. Provide leadership and supervision to the case management team who provide services in community-based programs. Ensure day to day operation of services to meet client need in compliance with all accreditation and funder regulatory guidelines. Work collaboratively with agency and community services and problem solve at a systems level. Monitor program and individual client care hours, services and provide supervision to meet program outcomes. Provide guidance and crisis support to staff with respect to client issues and programmatic needs.
