- Are energized by being one of our first responders and, as such, are willing to participate in our on-call rotation for our 24/7, 365 days a year operation as assigned

· Compensation – Competitive Base plus Uncapped Commission (Total Comp can exceed 2-3X Base)
You may be our next team member if you have:
- Previous experience in sales, estimating, construction, insurance adjusting, or other related fields
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Effective teaming and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency as well as a desire to learn and excel
- Ability to thrive under high stress situations while being compassionate and calming with customers
- Deadline and detail orientation as well as organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage own time, being flexible and adaptable as needed
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Familiarity with construction management, project management, CRM, estimating software
- A valid driver’s license and the required insurable driving record
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Salary : $60,000 - $130,000
