This position is responsible for coordinating service workflows, managing customer communications, maintaining databases and portals, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery to our commercial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, process, and manage work orders for service techniciansMonitor and manage service-related email inboxes, responding promptly and professionallyCreate and maintain new customer records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completenessAnswer and route incoming phone calls in a professional mannerUpdate and manage customer, vendor, and service portals as requiredSupport system integrations between service platforms, customer portals, and internal toolsCoordinate scheduling information between office staff and techniciansMaintain organized digital and physical recordsAssist with general office administrative duties as needed to support companies success.
