Unarmed Site Security Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Unarmed Site Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our facility. This leadership role involves supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of the premises, and maintaining a secure environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills, knowledge of surveillance systems, and relevant law enforcement or military experience. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily security activities to ensure the safety of personnel and property
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and conduct regular patrols of the site
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including conflicts or disturbances, with professionalism and restraint
• Implement loss prevention strategies and enforce security policies
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Lead investigations related to security breaches or incidents, documenting findings thoroughly
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations when necessary
• Train and mentor security staff on conflict management, surveillance procedures, and emergency response protocols
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as required

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention methods
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided if necessary
• Demonstrated conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively
• Experience in supervising or leading a team of security personnel is a plus
• Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal considerations related to site safety
