Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3pmPay: $21/hour

Security Site Supervisor Responsibilities: 

• Overseeing and managing the security team assigned to the complex, which may include conducting training sessions, and handling any personnel issues that arise.
• Responding to security incidents/emergencies that occur on site, including coordination with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records of security-related incidents, including any investigations that may be required.
• Communicating with site personnel (e.g. property managers, maintenance staff, tenants) to ensure security procedures are effectively coordinated with other building operations
• Showing the highest level of customer service to all patients, visitors and team members. 
• Monitoring CCTV camera surveillance
• Using oral de-escalation and patient restraint when needed
• Patrolling premises frequently to maintain safety of employees, patients and clients.

Security  Site Supervisor Qualifications and Skills

• 2 Years Security Supervisor Experience
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8HRs 
• Ability to train and lead a team of 2-3 Security Officers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Active CT Security License required
• Active CPR Certification required
