Security Officers in Seaport District - overnightSunday-Thursday 11:30PM-07:30AMJob Summary: USI is seeking high level security officers for a corporate office complex. Job Duties may include performing security patrols of designated areas by foot, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits. Attending to the front desk, and greeting customers. Security Officers provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a polite and professional manner.Qualifications/Requirements:Exceptional Customer ServiceProficient with technology and using multiple software and applicationsCustomer service experience preferredAbility to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.Speak clearly and concisely High School Diploma or GEDAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to conduct foot patrols frequentlyResponsibilities include:Patrol buildings and parking area, identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries or damages. Provide a high level of customer service by interacting with visitors and staff in a professional manner that is proactive, friendly and helpfulProjects a positive image in dress and decorum.Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.Interacts with guests and employees in a professional manner.SKILL REQUIREMENTSPosition requires excellent verbal & written communication skills.Must have experience in providing detailed case reports.Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointMaintain the highest ethical and professional standards.Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.
