Security Officer Job Responsibilities:
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, via vehicle and foot, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
- Investigate & report security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior to property or site manager
- Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Schedule & Hours
We have a full-time plus overtime availability for this location.
- Monday through Friday 8pm to 5am. 45 hours a week.
- Pay is $18/hour for the first 40 hour and $27/hour for the five OT hours
Security Officer Qualifications and Skills
- Driver's License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Vehicle Patrol experience preferred
- Can always stay alert and proactive
- Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic enviornments
- Ability to answer calls and follow up with proper teams as needed
- Customer Service Skills Highly Preferred
Education and Experience Requirements
- Valid NY Guard Card
- High school diploma, GED equivalent or Transcripts
- Valid ACTIVE driver's license and clean driving record
- Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
