Job Skills / Requirements

Hourly Rate: $24 per hour

Available Schedules: 

SUNDAY AND MONDAY

11pm-7am

TUESDAY-SATURDAY

11PM-7AM

Responsibilities:

• -Conduct regular patrols and tours of the interior of the hotel, including corridors, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Patrols shall be completed in a professional and observant manner
• Deter unauthorized activity and identify safety or security concerns
• Monitor the space, for unusual activity, safety hazards, or policy violations
• Document any incidents or notable activities
• Maintain visible presence and respond to call for service from hotel management or staff during the shift
• Services shall be performed in accordance with site-specific post orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk throughout the property for hourly tours
• Strong Observational Skills: The ability to notice and report suspicious behavior or activities
• Communication Skills: communicate information in a clear and concise manner to others, including incident reports and instructions
• Conflict Resolution Skills: De-escalating tense situations and resolving disputes peacefully
• Customer Service Experience required
• Valid CT Guard Card (Physical card in required)
• High school diploma or Transcripts
