Job Skills / Requirements
Position Requirements: The Account Manager must have prior supervisory or management experience in contract security operations, with demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day compliance with client service agreements. The role requires experience selecting, training, supervising, and developing security personnel while maintaining high standards of professionalism, appearance, and conduct. The Account Manager must be capable of building strong working relationships with client representatives, property management teams, tenants, and public safety partners.
Strong organizational and leadership skills are required, including the ability to create effective schedules, control overtime, manage payroll accuracy, and ensure proper staffing of all posts. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish. The Account Manager must be able to conduct performance reviews, provide coaching or corrective action, and support employee development and retention. Proficiency with computer systems is required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and USI or client payroll, billing, and reporting platforms. The Account Manager must conduct site inspections, review reports and logs, maintain post orders and procedures, and respond promptly to serious incidents in coordination with management and emergency services.
