Position Overview
The Customer Excellence Coordinator provides administrative support and customer service to both internal and external customers. The Customer Excellence Coordinator executes timely customer-related requests and a continuous support of the Sales and Operations Team goals.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Demonstrates timely execution of accurate customer data input and reporting
- Facilitates the execution of timely customer payables and monthly metrics
- Operates with integrity and confidentiality while upholding ethical standards of the organization
- Establishes a positive image to both internal and external customers while delivering superior customer service.
- Responsible for filing, updating, and maintaining internal customer database
- Expedites customer load breakdown to provide timely information or payment
- Provides administrative support to the Sales Team and Operations Department
- Supports ongoing continuous improvement while developing knowledge of our customer and supplier base
- Demonstrate understanding of company policies, rules and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Characteristics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate leadership with all levels of employees
- Available to fulfill flexible scheduling requirements as determined by the manager and /or business needs of the operation
- Candidate must pass a pre-employment physical, background, and credit check
