In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized education plans, collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive learning environment, and work closely with students to identify areas of strength and challenge.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a valid PA certificate in Special Education (Mentally and/or Physically Handicapped) K-12 or Special Education PK-12, as well as a PA certification in English as a Second Language PK-12. Dual certifications are also preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
