Pay, Progression & Benefits
Accelerated Starting Pay Structure:
•Days 1–30: $21.00/hour - Achieve 85 cases/hr | Max 2.0 errors per 1,000 cases | Max 25% Gap
•Days 31–60: $22.00/hour - Achieve 92 cases/hr | Max 1.5 errors per 1,000 cases | Max 22% Gap
•Days 61–90: $23.00/hour - Achieve 100 cases/hr | Max 1.2 errors per 1,000 cases | Max 18% Gap
•After 90 Days: $24.00/hour - Consistently maintain 100 cases/hr, 1.2 errors/1,000 cases, and 18% Gap (Management reserves the right to accelerate progression for top performers)
Production Incentives: Potential to earn an average of up to $36.00/hour with production bonuses if full benchmarks are met
•Performance Wage Premium: Additional $1.00–$2.00/hour for exceeding standard productivity
•Employee Referral Bonus: $500
•Performance Bonuses: As much as $250–$375 (based on productivity numbers)

Key Responsibilities
•Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system (Vocollect)
•Safely operate electric pallet jacks to maneuver through the warehouse
•Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets to shipping and quality standards
•Monitor real-time personal metrics to meet productivity, accuracy, and gap targets
•Follow all safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and cleanliness policies
Job Requirements
•Age 18 or older
•Preferred prior distribution warehouse and electric pallet jack experience
•Ability to repeatedly lift 50–70 lbs and consistently push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
•Comfortable working in cold/wet environments (ranging from 15°F to 75°F)
•Basic English comprehension
•Non-slip footwear required
