- transcribing dictation
- typing pleadings
- maintaining attorneys' trial calendar
- summarizing medical records
- client contact
- handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- make travel arrangements
- handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- You must be able to type 70 words per minute
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities

- Prior experience in the areas of complex litigation
