As a Warehouse Associate, you will stage, load, and unload finished product and raw materials. You will also stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
What You'll Do
- Ensure product is in proper locations, place product in correct bin locations, and assist the manager in assigning locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
- Assist with cycle counting throughout the year, maintain proper inventory levels, and notify the appropriate personnel when stock is low
- Load/unload structural components onto/off delivery trucks
- Visually inspect deliveries for damage and verify quantities delivered against the packing slip for accuracy
- Prep and assemble structure components that can be pre-assembled prior to deployment
- Operate a forklift to move heavy equipment and structural components safely and efficiently
- Other duties assigned as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience warehouse working in the construction rental industry
- Forklift certification
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
