The Lead Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for driving the strategic use of data to inform business decisions and enterprise direction. This position sits at the intersection of business intelligence (BI), advanced SQL querying, data modeling, and analytics strategy. The successful candidate will serve as both a subject matter expert and hands-on practitioner—developing frameworks and leading initiatives that unlock the full value of the organization's data assets.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced analyst who brings strategic thinking, technical leadership, stakeholder influence, and a business-outcomes orientation. The successful candidate will also serve as a mentor to peers, a partner to IT and business stakeholders, and a leader in shaping the future of data architecture and analytics capabilities.

- Expertise in SQL development, including query optimization and troubleshooting
- Strong background in data modeling (logical and physical) for analytics platforms and data warehouses
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Sigma)
- Proficiency in advanced mathematical/statistical techniques
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and metadata management
- Foundational knowledge of data governance principles and compliance frameworks
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to translate complexity into clarity
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
