Food Service Sales Specialist

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role, based near our Lancaster, PA branch and includes travel throughout the surrounding Lancaster area to Hagerstown, MD. As a Food Service Specialist, you will be representing a portfolio of water filtration, ice equipment, OEM parts, refrigerated merchandisers, and other related items. The role involves engaging with customers in the food service industry to provide expert advice, identify their operational needs, and recommend products and solutions. Additional responsibilities include building long-lasting customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and staying current with industry trends to address client challenges effectively. The Specialist will work closely with their customers, branches throughout the territory, and the home office based in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties

• Experience and knowledge in Food Service and Food Safety regulations a plus
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Grow territory sales with current customers as well as seek new opportunities within the designated region
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience with CRM, Microsoft Office, and web-based platforms a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
