- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist customers effectively and build positive relationships
- Sales and Sales Management skills to maximize sales opportunities and efficiently handle transactions
- Ability to provide Training and product support to customers on product selection and usage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and processing transactions
- Prior experience in HVAC/R or related fields is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
