The Release Specialist will efficiently and accurately coordinate releases and transports with customers, clients, auctions and transporters. This individual will also be responsible for clerical duties within the unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Communicate effectively with clients, auctions, transporters, customers, affiliates, and
branches via email and/or phone with regard to release, redemption, inventory, and storage
issues
? Understand and assist in implementing procedures set forth by senior management.
? Create releases for both debtors and transporters in RePros for all branches and affiliates
? Look for ways in which we can make the release, redemption, and inventory process work
more efficiently
? Must know individual branch release hours and what constraints each may have.
Education/Training/Experience:
? 1 year repossession knowledge a plus
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1 year data entry experience
