We have an immediate opening for a Condition Report Writer (CR Writer). The responsibility of the CR Writer is to assess vehicles entering the auction for condition, depreciation, missing parts, mechanical issues, and damage/structural damage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We have an immediate opening for a Condition Report Writer (CR Writer). The responsibility of the CR Writer is to assess vehicles entering the auction for condition, depreciation, missing parts, mechanical issues, and damage/structural damage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect exterior and interior of vehicle entering the auction, identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical issues
- Document vehicle condition by completing appropriate report, capturing photos, and entering data systematically in a timely manner
- Maintain vital communications with Fleet Lease, Mechanic, and Detail Department - keeping each department informed of any issue(s).
- Relocate vehicles to proper staging zone post inspection
- Resolve any customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner; advise management of all complaints or incidents
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard and manual transmission
- Mechanical aptitude strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- Requires good time management, organizational and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent and/or prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Must be able to lift or move items at least 25 pounds
- Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Physical Work Environment:
- Exposure to outside environmental working conditions, including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated noise levels, and minor atmospheric conditions, such as fumes, odors and dust.
Salary : $16 - $17
