What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping Clerk position at United Record Pressing?
United Record Pressing is hiring for a Shipping Clerk. We have been manufacturing Vinyl Records for over 75 years ! Looking to add a motivated associate to the warehouse team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Performs daily shipping duties.
- Supports the shipment of goods produced
- Supports the supplies to be used in the production/storage of goods to our customers.
- Make shipping pallets by lifting boxes 10-20 pounds
- Maintains and utilizes the shrink-wrap machine for shipments.
- Reports all defective materials or shipment errors to the shift supervisor.
- Keeps an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Forklift training may be requested by supervisor.
- Applies safety knowledge learned to daily work practices.
- All other duties as assigned by shift supervisor.
Salary : $18 - $19
