Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing staff schedules, assist with purchasing, organizing meetings, and maintaining departmental records.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee department projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication between team members and other departments.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing departmental budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between department personnel and customers handling correspondence and addressing queries or scheduling.
- Staff Support: Assist in the hiring process, performance evaluations, and training of staff within the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for managing records and documentation.
- Problem solving Abilities: Capable of identifying and resolving operational issues within the department.
Experience with Microsoft office and project management software a plus
Minimum 2 year college degree
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This in an onsite position only, remote/hybrid work is not offered.
Salary : $23 - $28
