United Protective Services is seeking experienced security professionals with strong leadership, client service, and operational management experience to join our growing management team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have successfully managed security operations, built strong client relationships, and led teams in a corporate or commercial environment. Depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs, selected candidates may be placed in a Site Security Director or Account Manager role.

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned security account.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Train, coach, and mentor security personnel.
• Ensure all posts remain fully staffed and operational.
• Conduct site inspections, quality assurance audits, and performance evaluations.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, payroll approval, and staffing needs.
• Respond to client concerns and implement effective solutions.
• Support business growth through operational excellence and employee development.

Qualifications

• Previous security management, operations management, military, law enforcement, or corporate leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
