Business Development Manager – Dallas / Fort Worth

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to support growth in the Fort Worth / Dallas market.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building connections, creating new opportunities, and developing long-term client partnerships. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, professional, and comfortable representing our brand throughout the local business community.
The selected candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities across industries such as commercial real estate, multifamily, industrial, HOA communities, construction, retail, healthcare, hospitality, events, warehouse/distribution, and other sectors requiring professional security services.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout the market
- Build relationships with property managers, ownership groups, facility leaders, and decision-makers
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and active opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, networking, site visits, and industry events
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for prospective clients
- Manage activity, pipeline, and follow-up through companies CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure successful client transitions and service delivery
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a professional presence and positive attitude
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in commercial real estate, facilities services, staffing, security, or related industries is a plus
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to consistently follow up, build trust, and maintain strong client relationships—this is not a one-time sales role. We remain engaged with our clients and internal teams throughout the entire partnership.
- Comfortable attending networking events and meeting clients in person.
- Ability to do more than simply attend trade shows - bring creativity, develop engaging concepts, assist with setup and presentation, and help plan and execute events, trade shows, and networking activations alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Existing relationships and professional connections within the local business community, commercial real estate industry, or related markets are a strong plus.
