What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Administrator position at United Properties Corp.?

Commercial Real Estate Company looking for the right candidate to process weekly Accounts Payable. Responsible for making sure all bills are paid appropriately and timely. Liaison with vendors. Experience with MRI Real Estate Software (similar to Yardi) a big plus. We are currently transitioning from a legacy system to MRI.  The right candidate can learn quickly and pays attention to detail.Company DescriptionWe are a privately-owned, family run, commercial real estate company located in East Meadow, New York. We own shopping centers all over Long Island, NY, as well as in 22 other states east of the Mississippi River. The bulk of our holdings are Retail.

Salary : $42,500 - $52,500
