**Job Summary:**
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 1 YEAR
We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician, Journeyman, or an Electrician with full experience to join our team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to learn the trade and gain practical experience in electrical systems.
**Duties:**
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Perform tasks using hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment
- Gain knowledge of Ohmmeters for electrical testing
- Support senior electricians in various tasks
- Develop skills in frame carpentry related to electrical work
**Requirements:**
- YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENING.
- You are required to pass a tape measure and a basic math test
- Must know how to bend EMT Conduit
- Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical field
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced electricians
- Knowledge of low voltage systems is advantageous
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in electrical work
- Need to be able to read and use a tape measure
- Need to be able to interpret schematics
- Must be able to distinguish between types of conduit EMT, IMC, rigid etc
- Must be able to cut and thread conduit
- Must have some experience bending conduit
- Must possess some knowledge of NEC
- Must possess some personal hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
