What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auction Clerk - MONDAYS ONLY position at UNITED PRODUCERS, INC?
United Producers, Inc. (UPI) is one of the nation’s largest livestock marketing cooperatives. We are currently looking for a PART-TIME Auction Clerk to work at our Harned, KY livestock auction facility.
Mondays ONLY approximately 8am - 5pm
Must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using computers
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
- Knowledge of livestock preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Entering livestock tag number, description, price and buyer information into the computer system during the auction.
- Enter seller information as needed.
- Ensure that computers and TV's are working properly prior to the sale.
- Troubleshoot any computer issues during the sale, as needed.
