We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our retail team and enhance the customer experience in our showroom. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our showroom meets the highest standards of presentation and performance. We offer a competitive base pay as well as commission.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Execute sales to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Check displays in order to uphold the United Porte image.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and reporting.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Develop merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage and train staff, including employee orientation, interviewing, and ongoing development.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Proficient in employee orientation, training & development, and team management.
- Experience in retail management with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal relations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
