United Pool Management (DBA NJPM) is hiring Seasonal Lifeguards for the 2026 summer season, from May 22 through September 7.

Responsibilities include:
- Supervising swimmers and enforcing pool safety rules
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional pool environment
- Completing daily checklists, water tests, and log sheets
- Assisting with pool opening/closing duties
- Communicating clearly with staff, residents, and supervisors
Requirements:
- 17.5 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Valid lifeguard certification by 5/1/26
- Responsible and dependable
