Requirements
- Willing to be a hands-on leader with strong communication and computer skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability and desire to build strong relationships and collaborate well with business partners.
- Desire and ability to be a change agent to lead the production team to higher levels of operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering desired
