We are seeking a dedicated Network Attorney to provide expert legal guidance in estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and asset protection law. As a Network Attorney, you will collaborate with diverse clients addressing their unique legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert legal advice on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other relevant areas.
- Craft essential legal documents, such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documentation.
- Guide clients in developing and executing strategies for safeguarding and maintaining their assets.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Membership to state bar in adjacent states beneficial.
