Job Title: Process Engineer
Location: Indiana
Employment Type: W2 Contract
We are currently seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support process development, optimization, and manufacturing activities
• Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and Quality
• Support process validation and technology transfer activities
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting process validation activities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
