About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to support packaging development, testing, and production scale-up activities within a consumer manufacturing environment. This role will work cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop innovative packaging solutions and support lifecycle management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support packaging design, development, and validation activities
• Create and manage packaging documentation, protocols, and reports
• Develop package component specifications and testing plans
• Support packaging line trials, risk assessments, and scale-up activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify packaging solutions and process improvements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Sciences, or related field
• 5 years of packaging/manufacturing industry experience
• Experience writing protocols and technical documentation
• Packaging component development experience
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
