About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated Bioprocess Engineer to support manufacturing, process improvement, and technology transfer activities within a GMP biopharmaceutical environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams supporting biologics manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
• BS with 2–4 years or MS with 1–2 years of experience in Bioprocessing, Process Engineering, or Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Experience with Upstream and/or Downstream Processing (Cell Culture, Chromatography, Filtration)
• Familiarity with GMP manufacturing environments
• Strong data analysis, Excel, and technical documentation skills
• Experience with Process Validation, Process Characterization, or Technology Transfer activities preferred
• Knowledge of Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, and Investigation processes
Responsibilities:
• Support manufacturing operations and process improvement initiatives
• Analyze process data, monitor trends, and support troubleshooting activities
• Assist with technology transfers, process validation, and process characterization studies
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, and Technical Operations teams
• Support GMP documentation, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts
