United Petroleum Transports is seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to join our team at our Oklahoma City, OK headquarters. This on-site role involves the accurate and timely administration of payroll processes, including payroll taxes, garnishments, and related services. The Payroll Specialist will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines while providing excellent service to both employees and stakeholders. Regular communication with internal teams to address payroll-related matters will also be a key component of this role.
- Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Understanding of Payroll Taxes and Garnishment processing
- Proficiency in Payroll Services, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
