Key Responsibilities
- Independently process payroll transactions and adjustments
- Review timekeeping and compensation data
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support reporting and reconciliations
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in cross-training and process improvements
- Works independently with high accuracy
- Resolves most issues without escalation
- Meets deadlines consistently
- Demonstrates strong payroll knowledge

Minimum Qualifications for Considerations:
- High School Education or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 or 3 years experience in payroll processing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook),
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with detail-oriented work habits
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Display professional demeanor
- Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with wide range of individuals
- Demonstrate dependability through good attendance, punctuality and adherence to timelines and schedules
- Knowledge of basic company employment policies and procedures
- Clear communication skills in dealing with CSC Centers, outside departments, other team members and vendors.
