Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development & Marketing Representative to help expand our reach, generate new opportunities, and strengthen client partnerships.
This is not a desk-only marketing role; it’s a dynamic position that blends marketing strategy, lead generation, and face-to-face relationship building. You’ll play a key role in driving growth while working closely with a team that values your input and supports your success.

Key Responsibilities
· Generate new business leads with technology and interpersonal interactions; cold-calling and warm leads
· Promote a strong brand presence online
· Support the sales team in connecting with clients and achieving goals
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Assist with trade shows, events, and brand promotion efforts
· Conduct field marketing and job site visits throughout Southern California
· Create and manage marketing materials and social media content
· Maintain inventory of branded apparel and promotional items
· Assist with presentations and general marketing initiatives
· Perform data entry and administrative marketing support
Requirements
· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
· Background Check
· Flexibility to work occasional evenings for industry/client events
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and social media platforms
· Ability to lift boxes and assist with physical event setup
· Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
· Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
· Willingness to take initiative and meet performance goals
· Overnight travel up to 2–3 times per year
· Strong writing, spelling, and grammar skills
· Ability to create industry-related content
· Confidence with cold calling and client outreach
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary DOE starting at $85,000 base salary performance-based bonus potential
