Start YOUR career with DHL today… The Cybersecurity Sr. Manager, reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, is a critical member of the IT Infrastructure team and works closely with C-Level and cross-functional teams to develop processes and controls that improve efficiency, follow up corporate Security Policies and procedures, increase customer satisfaction and make user experience better. As an accomplished Service Delivery and IT Cybersecurity responsibilities, you will oversee core business and back-office operations including: IT Cybersecurity Network, IT Hosting Services (Compute/Servers), Application Services, IT Cybersecurity Compliance. Key Accountabilities: Providing subject matter expertise of Cybersecurity topics: Definition & follow up Global Cybersecurity baseline (OS & DB). Implementation and manage secure vulnerability process (OS & Application) Follow up and management of Cybersecurity Standards by SIEM Process (Security information and event management). This role is responsible for assuring integrity of Cybersecurity services and meets overall BIT strategy. This role will provide senior technical level of Cybersecurity to support IT (operational) and follow up the global security guidelines. Establish cybersecurity process and IT Security frameworks directing the IT Operations with Internal teams and third-party services to reduce the risk in the infrastructure of DHL Express. Risk and Compliance: Management of lifecycle technology risk and responsible to evaluate all new technical risk associate with applications and technologies. This role is accountable to provide guideline and execute the security technology strategy for BIT (ISC, DR, BCP, etc.), also ensure, drive and improve the portfolio services for Cybersecurity strategy to DHL Express Services. Design, implement and drive solutions of Cybersecurity based on Audit recommendations and global guidelines of the industry, e.g. disaster recovery, business continuity management. Provide guideline and standard as subject matter expert to implement & follow up cybersecurity solutions like DDOS, Data Privacy and Data Classification. Supervise and provide feedback about new cloud applications based on the Cybersecurity guidelines of the industry. Team leadership of direct and indirect reports and professionals. Take a collaborative approach with vendor-partners to ensure accountability and performance. Skills/Qualifications: Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 10+ years of Technology Experience in related field or MS/MA. Proven ability in designing, delivering and managing infrastructure security solutions with 5+ years of experience in system and network security engineering Ability to identify security risks and develop effective mitigation plans for web applications Experience working with web applications and browser security; security assessments and penetration testing; identity and access control; applied cryptography and security protocols; security information and event monitoring and intrusion detection. Professional certification or similar: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), ITIL v3/4, Cloud (IAAS, PAAS,SAAS), Linux/Windows Server. Experience with SRE - Site Reliability Engineering practices and development services. Strong knowledge implementing IT Security hardening processes into applications/development. Serves as consultant to management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives. State-of-the-art knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies, processes, and practices. Skilled in communicating conceptual and technical information both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and writing (reports & presentations) to various audiences (work group team, management, sr leadership). Basic project management/networking abilities bringing together groups from different areas of the DHL business.
