Responsibilities:
Shipping/Receiving functions
Manage inventory control processes, including tracking and monitoring stock levels, processing surgical instrument trays, handling of hip and knee orthopedic products and instrumentation
Responsible for accurately preparing and filling customer orders in a timely and organized fashion
Coordinate warehouse activities and job flow, ensuring timely and efficient order shipment by 3rd party delivery carriers
Responsible for receiving and stocking inbound inventory orders and maintaining part, lot, quantity organization and accuracy
Pulling, shelving, staging and auditing of inbound and outbound inventory shipments
Oversee warehouse inventory management activities, including organizing and maintaining inventory
Processing of RMAs, NCMRs, Purchase Orders, and in kind functions
Types, formats, and produces documents such as company forms, data entry, reporting, and in kind management requests
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems
Utilize Electronic Management System to track and manage inventory levels
Perform warehouse functions with precision, ensuring efficient flow of goods and accurate order fulfillment
Perform order picking and packing duties as needed
Responds to customer inquiries calls/email to ensure customer satisfaction
Additional responsibilities and duties as defined by management to assist in the smooth and efficient facilitation of department objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong data analysis skills to effectively track inventory levels and identify areas for improvement
- Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management
- Knowledge of order picking and packing processes, lot control and traceability, bill of materials, and non conforming processes
- Ability to procure materials and supplies from various sources
- Proficient in using data entry systems, excel, scanners, must have strong auditing skills and organizational skills

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics or warehouse shipping and receiving
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices including lot control
- Familiarity with fleet management processes and best practices
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and organization
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation requirements
- Ability to effectively coordinate dispatching activities for efficient delivery schedules
- Experience in medical device logistics is a plus
