✔ Property management companies
✔ Developers / Owner‑operators
✔ CapEx & renovation decision-makers

Role: Generate meetings, build relationships, track upcoming projects, and help drive new renovation new‑construction contracts.
Requirements:
• Experience in construction or multifamily vendor sales
• Existing network in the multifamily space
• Strong communication follow-through
Compensation:
$75k–$100k base bonus
