- The purpose of this job is to provide quality customer service through the processing of a variety of cash and noncash transactions.

- Always represent UMB professionally
- Provide first-rate customer service
- Ensure accurate and timely teller transactions
- Conform to bank compliance policies and procedures
- Process various other transactions to include, but not limited to cash checks, take deposits, assist customers with stop payments, wire transfers, and understand the bank products and services
- Responsible for the security of assigned cash and transactions
- Balance cash within established guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing the branch
- Help build team spirit
- Provide teller support to branches within the surrounding area
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management as this is not a complete description of all the work requirements related to this job QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Understand PC/10 key functions
- Ability to lift/move/carry 40 pounds is required to perform the essential job functions See Physical Requirements Below.
- Good organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work flexible hours, which includes hours between 7am to 5:30pm Monday- Friday
