Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA
- Accountable for achieving his/her sales team’s overall revenue / business performance to US region.
- Leads, manages and motivates Account Managers to execute and exceed assigned BP for profitable wafer sales volume and objectives.
- Coaches and provides required mentorship to the team to produce high-level, sophisticated business strategies beyond day-to-day tactics.
- Understands the customers’ business, markets, end customers and their business strategy.
- Develops and manages short term & long term forecasting of customer tape outs and customer volume demand to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identifies risk relative to customer business and loading and develop risk mitigation plan.
- Monitors and manages accounts’ plans, reviews and aligns with sales management
- Negotiates and manages price structure ASP and business agreements.
- Stay on top of material management including wafer starts, WIP Holds & Release, RMA and Excursions, Substrate Procurement, Backend Solution Management.
- Works and coordinates seamlessly with other departments in order to meet sales team and account performance objectives and customer needs.
Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or Chemical Engineering with MBA preferred.
- 15 years of sales and business development experience in semiconductor industry ideally foundry.
- Demonstrates strong management/leadership/ interpersonal skills, initiative, adaptability, planning and organizational skills, and financial analytical ability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends, opportunities and risks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across various organizations in a high pace, multi-tasking, sometimes ambiguous environment.
