Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Brooklyn, NY or Woodbridge, NJ. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting training programs, maintaining HR policies, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Experience in compliance with employment laws, HR policy development, and conflict resolution
• Ability to develop and deliver employee training and engagement programs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for tracking and managing HR processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
• Proven experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within the energy or logistics sector
• A results-driven approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
