🕒 Schedule: Three (3) shifts per calendar month | Regularly covering weekend shifts is expected | Two (2) holidays per year.

🎯 What You’ll Do in This Role:
The Occupational Therapist plans, organizes, and conducts occupational therapy programs to facilitate development and rehabilitation of mentally, physically, or emotionally disabled persons.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities, analyzing medical data to set realistic rehabilitation goals.
- Track and document patients' progress, preparing detailed reports on improvements or areas requiring additional support.
- Plan, organize, and implement occupational therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Select and design activities to help patients develop work and life-management skills, considering their physical and mental capabilities.
- Recommend environmental adjustments in patients' work or living spaces to improve independence and quality of life.
- Develop and facilitate social programs to help patients learn or regain skills necessary for work, school, or daily living.
- Prepare and organize therapeutic materials (e.g., puzzles, scissors, eating utensils) for use during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead training sessions to educate patients and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and objectives.
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- 3 - 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current Occupational Therapy state license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Position requires the ability to lift and move objects, weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.
