🎯 What You’ll Do in This Role:
In this role, you will perform fingerprinting and provide administrative support to help the Human Resources team meet operational needs in line with federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll work closely with the HR Administrative Services Manager and HR senior leadership, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Your contributions will support smooth HR operations and ensure compliance with all applicable standards and guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the fingerprinting site, coordinating with HR and IdentoGO to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
- Perform fingerprinting duties and ensure coverage of scheduled appointments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel, payroll, health, and medical information in accordance with the Privacy Act and established HR policies.
- Complete and stay up to date on all training required by Idemia.
- Support HR projects and assist with special initiatives as assigned.
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Must be able to successfully pass state and federal background checks.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a fast-paced Human Resources department or office environment is preferred.
