What You'll Do:
As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands-on, compassionate care:
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Supervise and support CNA and non-licensed staff to ensure safe, effective daily care delivery
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident health status
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Observe, identify, and accurately document changes in resident condition, behaviors, and clinical status
- Ensure full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
LPN Requirements:
- Current, active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Must be a compassionate and respectful caregiver
