Housekeeper

Earn $17.49 to $18.65 an hour, based on experience, on a set schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 1 PM to 9 PM, with Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off. Join the housekeeping team at The Shores in Ocean City and hear back within 48 hours.

What you'll do

• Perform floor care and routine cleaning (dusting, disinfecting furniture, fixtures, equipment, hallways, and common areas) throughout resident apartments and common areas to maintain a clean environment
• Empty and clean waste and soiled linen receptacles
• Clean, restock, and maintain restroom supplies
• Move and arrange furniture and assist with room setups for programs and activities
• Assist in unloading delivery trucks as needed
• Follow proper sanitation methods and safely use cleaning products to uphold cleanliness standards and prevent infection
• Operate housekeeping equipment such as scrubbers, burnishers, extractors and perform advanced floor care such as stripping and finishing floors

What you'll need

Required:

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to read safety labels and follow written and spoken instructions in English

Preferred:

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, floor care, hospitality, or senior living

• $17.49 to $18.65 per hour, based on experience
