You’ll work in our assisted living neighborhood, where you get to know residents and their families over months and years, not just for one shift.

What you’ll do

• Check on residents’ health with assessments, and follow up when something changes
• Lead and support the Resident Care Assistants on your shift
• Write and update care plans with residents, families, and the care team
• Oversee medication management and keep it in line with New Jersey rules
• Respond to incidents and changes in condition, then document and follow up
• Help coordinate appointments, transportation, referrals, and moves between care levels

What you’ll need

Required:

• An active New Jersey RN license or an active multistate (compact) RN license

Preferred:

• 1 year or more of nursing experience.

Schedule

• Per diem. You choose from open day, evening, and overnight shifts 
• One weekend a month and one major holiday a year are required
