What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care for clients in their homes:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Support mobility, ambulation, and basic exercise
- Run errands, grocery shop, and provide transportation to appointments
- Offer medication reminders
- Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
- Help coordinate appointments and additional services as needed
CHHA Requirements:
- Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
- Reliable transportation
