Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, is a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Housekeeper.
Requirements for a Housekeeper:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior housekeeping is preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and external customers.
- Must be able to work as a team player and collaborate with community and senior leadership in a matrix organizational structure.
- Must be able to lift no more than 35 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities for a Housekeeper:
- Systematic cleaning and disinfecting of all rooms assigned (Bathroom/resident room). Cleaning and disinfecting of all public restrooms and offices.
- Follow cleaning protocols as designated for deep cleaning assignments. Appropriate use of cleaning products.
- Vacuum, wipe/dust/mop community. Appropriate use of cleaning products.
- Understand and utilize proper sanitation methods and proper use of cleaning products.
